Collection methods and items of personal information

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary for the provision of travel services and member services of users as follows.

Collection methods of personal information

Personal information is collected through product reservation (purchase) and the other methods such as identification.

Purpose of collection and use of personal information

We shall use the collected personal information for the following purposes.

  1. 1. Settlement for Fulfillment of contracts related to service provision
    - Travel package reservation, travel insurance, flight ticket/hotel reservation, confirmation and consultation of reservation details, provision of contents, delivery of goods or sending of bill, purchase and payment, refund, identification of departure availability etc.

    - Identification for service use, prevention of illegal use or unauthorized use by non-membership, confirmation of membership, limit of use and number of use, age verification, confirmation of legal representative’s consent when collecting personal information of children under the age of 14, records preservation for conciliation of dispute, complaint handling, delivery of notices, etc.
  3. 3. Use for new services, marketing, and advertising
    - Provision of services and advertisements according to demographic characteristics, delivery of advertisement such as special events, new products and provision of participation opportunities, identification of access frequency, statistics on service use and provision of services related to new and affiliated businesses, and the other various marketing activities, etc.

* The above information includes not only the information at the time of registration but also information that has been changed due to information correction.

Use, retention period and destruction of personal information

When the purpose of collecting or receiving your personal information is achieved, or requesting withdrawal according to the procedures expressed by the customer, or restricting or suspending the customer's qualifications due to the stated reason for loss of membership, the individual Information will be deleted and destroyed so that it cannot be viewed or used for any purpose. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company keeps the member information for fixed period by the relevant laws and regulations as follows.

However, the following are exceptions.

  2. B. When we believe that we need to preserve it because it is necessary to protect other customers
  3. C. If we need to preserve it under the regulations of other laws such as the Commercial Act
  4. D. In case the consent of the user has been obtained individually

Provision and sharing of personal information to a third party

In principle, we do not disclose your personal information to other companies or organizations that are not related to the service. However, the case of sharing customer's personal information is as follows.

  • - It shall be provided to domestic and international airlines, car rentals, and hotel companies for boarding aircraft, car rentals, and hotel stays.

Withdrawal of consent to collection, use, and provision of personal information

The personal information provided by the user at the time of booking a travel package and the content agreed upon are deemed to be withdrawn when the reservation is canceled. If you contact the person in charge of personal information management by phone or e-mail, we will take necessary steps such as deletion of personal information.

Access, correction and deletion of personal information

You can view or correct your registered personal information at any time. If you wish to view and correct personal information, access with your ID and directly view or correct it, or contact our call center.
Deletion shall be done after calling or in person, and after going through a set identification procedure.
After that, all your consent will be withdrawn and your personal information will not be used immediately. If you cannot log in normally after completing the deletion (withdrawal) procedure, all information has been destroyed.
If there is any change in the personal information provided by the customer, please access and correct it immediately with the latest information.
In addition, if you contact the person in charge of information management by phone, writing, or e-mail, we will take immediate actions.
