Tash-Rabat Caravansarai is a 15th-century stone caravansarai located at an altitude of 3,200m in the Abashi district of Narin Province, Kyrgyzstan. It is a kind of shelter where in the past travelers could rest for a night or a few days.
There they provided food for travelers and companion animals along the Silk Road, and provided accommodations and opportunities for trade and religious ceremonies.
Constructed from heaps of stone, the structure holds its historical value and is of architectural significance as one of the few well-preserved buildings from the Silk Road trade era.
Tashrabat is a special place for travelers, as it blends with yurt camps and vast expanses of land to create the illusion that time has stopped in the 15th century.
