Kara-Suu Village is located in Naryn region, south-west of Lake Issyk-Kul, and has a population of about 4,000. It is a small village but there are relatively many traces of ancient culture in it.
The villagers maintain the life-style of some nomads so that travelers can actually experience the life of nomads when they visit.
You can watch the 'Kok boru' game, in which a goat body is placed in the opponent's goal, and the Alchicks game, a team strategy game similar to Korean traditional games such as tombstone-chigi or marble-chigi.
